# Fuji Recipe Viewer Support Fuji Recipe Viewer shows the film recipe inside your Fujifilm JPEG and RAF photos, on Mac and iPhone. ## Contact Support For support inquiries, please email: **hello@nickroodenrijs.com** ## Frequently Asked Questions ### Why does a photo show no recipe? The recipe is read from the camera's maker notes. Photos that were edited, exported or re-saved by another app often lose them. On iPhone, import the original file (Photos picker or Files) instead of a screenshot or a shared copy. ### How do I get my photos from the Mac onto my iPhone (and back)? Both apps sync through your private iCloud (same Apple ID on both devices): - **Mac → iPhone:** turn on sync for a folder in the Mac library. Its photos appear on the iPhone with a small preview, the recipe and the location. - **iPhone → Mac:** photos in My Photos appear on the Mac under **iPhone**. - **Originals:** use **Send to iPhone / Send to Mac** or **Get Original**. The full file arrives in *Van iPhone* on the Mac or with the *From Mac* label on the iPhone. ### How does the location track work? With **Always** location access the iPhone keeps a private track of where you were. The Mac uses it to add a location to photos that have none, with **Undo**. You can pause the track, choose how long it is kept and delete it in Settings. The track stays in your private iCloud; we never see it. ### Do I need an account? No. Browsing and saving recipes work without one. A Fuji Recipe Viewer account (Sign in with Apple or Google) is only needed to upload and like recipes. You can delete the account in Settings → Account; this deletes your uploads too. ### Where is the privacy policy? https://rafrecipes.plet.i234.me/privacy ## Feedback We welcome your feedback and feature requests!
