Deploy appcast for v2.0.12

Nieuwe DMG met crash-vrije lokalisatie-resolver (was: fatalError bij
elke L()-aanroep in een gepakte .app). Signature en bestandsgrootte
horen bij het nieuwe asset op de v2.0.10-release.
